Peggy comes to us with over 30 years in banking, with over 15 years of experience in reconcilements, at well-known banks such as Susquehanna and National Penn. Her goal at Restorative Health Center is to create a less financially stressful visit for our patients.
Peggy lives in Exeter, PA, and has two grown children, a son, and a daughter. She spends time with her daughter trying to rescue feral and stray cats from the city of Reading, finding them homes and a safe place to live. She enjoys rock climbing, music, movies and going to live concerts. Her goal is to someday open a last chance rescue for animals.

Catherine Lasure

Catherine Lasure RN, BSN, CCM, CLT received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Thomas Jefferson University where she graduated Cum Laude, and a member of the National Honor Society. Catherine also received her certification in case management and was a member of the Case Management Society of America. She began her career in the Oncology Unit at Thomas Jefferson Hospital before moving over to the Ambulatory Procedure Unit. After working for several years, Catherine decided that she could make a bigger difference in peoples’ lives as a case manager by assisting patients in transitioning from the hospital to the most independent and optimal environment to obtain their maximum health. She then moved up becoming the Manager of Care Management for multiple hospitals in the Main Line Health System. From there she became the Supervisor of Utilization Management for the four acute hospitals and the alcohol and drug treatment center in the Main Line Health System.
In response to the changes happening in the world, Catherine sought God’s wisdom regarding how best to go forward with her career, without compromising her beliefs. She discovered integrative and functional medicine that focuses on creating individualized therapies tailored to treat underlying causes of illness. Medicine that seeks to understand the individual as a whole; applying many forms of therapy to improve wellness. With that as her goal, improving people’s lives holistically, she became certified as a Lymphedema Therapist focusing on manual lymph drainage.
Catherine is blessed with a beautiful loving family. She enjoys long walks with her husband and watching her children grow into young God-fearing adults.
Audry L Taylor RN, BSN, CNOR, CTT received her Associate Degree in Nursing from Bergen Community College where she received a scholarship to New York University. She attended New York University and graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree with Magna Cum Laude and was a member of the National Honor Society.
Audry is a seasoned nurse with a long history of nursing experience. She worked as a Hospice/Oncology nurse where she became IV certified while living in NJ. With GOD’s wisdom she decided to move to PA where she switched her career path and became an operating room nurse.
She excelled in the operating room and proceeded to receive her status as a Certified Nurse of the Operating Room (CNOR). As an operating room nurse, she took on many different duties as a charge nurse, departmental educational RN, and excelled as an open-heart surgical nurse (CVOR).
With all the experience that Audry has accumulated over the years, she has decided to share her experience as a volunteer at Restorative Health Center. She has continued her education of the Integrative Field of Medicine, so she can help educate the patient population in a caring and empathetic way. She has received her Thermography Technician Certification (CTT) and Biote Bioidentical Hormone Rep.

Dr. Edith Behr
MEDICAL Director
Edith Behr, MD, FACS, is the Clinic Director at Restorative Health Center in Malvern, PA. A well-respected general surgeon who is also board-certified by the American Association for Anti-Aging Medicine adds her expertise at the center.
She is a graduate of the Medical College of Pennsylvania and did her general surgery residency at Mercy Catholic Medical Center. She continues to lend her expertise at RHC by her incredible knowledge of surgery with small procedures in the office as well as BioTe Pellet Therapy.
Her love of helping people become more grounded and reach a higher level, fits in with the overall theme that RHC has. We see the patient as a whole person not the parts. Dr. Behr can be seen talking to patients, teaching and laughing with them and of course always making them better than when they came in.
