Accepted forms of payment

Restorative Health Center does not currently participate with any medical insurance programs or Medicare. Our staff will be more than happy to provide coded receipts at the end of every appointment, which you can submit to insurance. We do work with Auto Accident and Worker’s Compensation Insurance. If you have concerns about insurance, Auto Accident or Worker’s Compensation coverage, please contact your provider prior to scheduling an appointment.

We accept cash, check and credit card payments in the office. All payments must be provided at the time of services rendered. If you have any questions about our payment policy or specific pricing, please see our patient payment agreement or contact our staff by phone or email.

At our Restorative Health Center, we strive to provide exceptional care and services to our valued patients. As part of our commitment to transparency and ensuring a seamless experience for everyone, we have established a comprehensive payment policy that outlines our expectations and procedures.

We understand the importance of convenience when it comes to payment options. That’s why we offer multiple payment methods to accommodate our patients’ diverse needs. At Restorative Health Center, we accept the following payment methods:

  1. Cash: We welcome cash payments for those who prefer this traditional method.
